Service of Petition

Service of Petition notices are usually received in text form but should be accompanied by copies of appropriate court documents.

These notices may be placed by solicitors, accountants, insolvency practitioners or chartered secretaries or administrators registered with a recognised professional body.

The costs are:

Edinburgh	£77.15	£58.25
Belfast	£76.95	£58.05

All costs include VAT and a copy of the Gazette and are for a single company.

2-5 related companies in a single notice will be charged double rate.
6-10 related companies in a single notice will be charged treble rate.
