Winding up Petition (Dismissal)

Notices of Dismissal of Winding Up Petitions should be placed using the notice template format below. They can be placed by the original advertiser. Another party may place the notice only if it is accompanied by court documents proving that the petition was dismissed.

These notices may be placed by solicitors, accountants, insolvency practitioners or chartered secretaries or administrators registered with a recognised professional body.

The costs are:

All costs include VAT and a copy of the Gazette and are for a single company.

2-5 related companies in a single notice will be charged double rate.
6-10 related companies in a single notice will be charged treble rate.
