WYND,) EDINBURGH (REDETERMINATION OF MEANS OF EXERCISE OF PUBLIC RIGHT OF PASSAGE) ORDER 2012 -RSO/11/13
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT,on 3/2/12 the Council in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 71 (2) of the Roads
(Scotland) Act 1984 made and confirmed the above-mentioned Order. Copies of the Order as made and confirmed, the Accompanying
Plan and a Statement of the Council’s Reasons for making the Order have been deposited at City Chambers Reception, High Street,
Edinburgh.Those documents are available for inspection free of charge from 3/2/12 until 16/3/12 between the hours of 9.30
and 15:30 Mondays to Fridays inclusive.The effect of the Order is stated in Notice No 6 in The Edinburgh Gazette Number 27019 dated 18/11/11 and in the Scotsman of 18/11/11.
The Order comes into operation on the Sixth day of February Two thousand and twelve.
