Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that on 10 May 2010 Chelmsford Holdings
LLC transferred to Chenin Investments Pte. Ltd. All of its interest held in Innovent Investment LP (the “Partnership”), a
limited partnership registered in Scotland with number SL5113 and that with effect from 10 May 2010 Chelmsford Holdings LLC
ceased to be a limited partner in the Partnership and Chenin Investments Pte. Ltd became a limited partner in the Partnership.
