company incorporated under the Companies Acts and with its registered office at c/o The City Partnership (UK) Limited, Thistle
House, 21 Thistle Street, Edinburgh EH2 1DF (“the Company”) which was approved by a special resolution of the Company dated
7 December 2011. A certified copy of that order was registered by the Registrar of Companies in Scotland on 25 January 2012.
