NOTICE OF DISCLAIMER OF BONA VACANTIA

CARLTON ENTERPRISES (SCOTLAND) LIMITED
(formerly Scotpub Group (Properties) Limited)
WHEREAS Carlton Enterprises (Scotland) Limited (Scotpub Group (Properties) Limited), a Company incorporated under the Companies
Acts under Company number SC159378 was dissolved on 7 May 1999; AND WHEREAS in terms of section 654 of the Companies Act 1985
all property and rights whatsoever vested in or held on trust for a dissolved Company immediately before its dissolution are
deemed to be bona vacantia; AND WHEREAS immediately before its dissolution the said Carlton Enterprises (Scotland) Limited was the Tenant under a Sub
Lease between Bass Holdings Ltd and the said Scotpub Group (Properties) Limited dated 23 July and 20 October both 1997 and
recorded in the Division of the General Register of Sasines for the County of Midlothian for publication and the Book of Council
and Session for preservation and executed on 22 January 1998 of the subjects known as ‘The Busy Bee’, 36-38 Saughton Mains
Gardens, Gorgie, Edinburgh EH11; AND WHEREAS the dissolution of the said Carlton Enterprises (Scotland) Limited came to my
notice on 19 December 2011; Now THEREFORE I, CATHERINE PATRICIA DYER, the Queen’s and Lord Treasurer’s Remembrancer, in pursuance
of section 1013 of the Companies Act 2006, do by this Notice disclaim the Crown’s whole right and title in and to the Tenant’s
interest under the said Sub Lease.
