be restored to the Register of Companies in Scotland under section 1031 of the Companies Act 2006 as modified by regulation
57 of the Limited Liability Partnerships (Application of the Companies Act 2006) Regulations 2009, in which Petition the Sheriff
Court by interlocutor dated 29 December 2011 appointed all persons having an interest to lodge Answers thereto within eight
days after intimation, advertisement or service; all of which notice is hereby given.
