Company, intend to declare and distribute a First and Final Dividend for the above company. Creditors who have not proved
their claims in the Liquidation by 29th February 2012, will be excluded from the Dividend. It is intended that a Dividend
will be declared within 4 months from the above date, being the last date for receiving proofs of debts in this matter. Claims
