ROADS (SCOTLAND) ACT 1984

THE MORAY COUNCIL (ELGIN TO LOSSIEMOUTH CYCLE TRACK) (REDETERMINATION OF MEANS OF EXERCISE OF PUBLIC RIGHT OF PASSAGE) ORDER 2012

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT The Moray Council propose to make an Order under Section 152(2) of the Roads (Scotland) Act 1984 redetermining the means of exercise of the public right of passage over various roads described in the Schedule to the draft Order.

The title of the Order is The Moray Council (Elgin to Lossiemouth Cycle Track) (Redetermination of Means of Exercise of Public Right of Passage) Order 2012.

A copy of the proposed Order and of the accompanying plans showing the road(s) over which the means of exercise of the public right of passage is to be redetermined, together with a statement of the reasons for making the Order has been deposited at the Elgin Access Point, Greyfriars Street, Elgin.  Those documents are available for inspection free of charge during normal office hours.

Any member of the public wishing to discuss the proposals in detail should contact Elaine Penny, Engineer (Traffic) on 01343 562515.

Any person wishing to object to the proposed Order should send details of the grounds for objection in writing to the undersigned by 24th February 2012. The objections should state the name and address of the objector, the matters to which they relate and the grounds on which they are made.
