CENTRAL SCOTLAND MUSHROOMS LIMITED
Notice is hereby given that on 6 January 2012 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff at Stirling Sheriff Court by Central
Scotland Mushrooms Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts (Company Number SC339091) and having its registered
office at New Hartmailing Farm, Fallin, Stirling FK7 7LU (“the Company”) craving the Court inter alia that the Company be wound up by the Court; that an Interim Liquidator be appointed; in which Petition the Sheriff by Interlocutor
dated 6 January 2012 appointed notice of the import of the Petition and of the First Deliverance of the particulars specified
in the Act of Sederunt thereanent to be advertised once in The Edinburgh Gazette and once in the Scotsman newspaper; ordained all persons having an interest to lodge answers in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Stirling within
eight days after intimation, service and advertisement; and in the meantime, appointed Christine Convy, Insolvency Practitioner,
Fife Corporate Limited, Unit H5, Newark Road South, Glenrothes, Fife KY7 4NS to be Provisional Liquidator of the Company with
the powers specified in paragraphs 4 and 5 of Part 2 of schedule 4 to the Insolvency Act 1986; all of which notice is hereby
given.
