Notice is hereby given, in pursuance of Section 94 of the Insolvency Act 1986 that a final general meeting of the members
of the above Company will be held at Titanium 1, Kings Inch Place, Glasgow, G51 4BP on 22 February 2012 at 2.00pm for the
purpose of having an account laid before the members showing the manner in which the winding up has been conducted and the
property of the Company disposed of, and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator and for the Liquidator
to seek sanction for his release from office.
A member entitled to attend and vote at the above meeting may appoint a proxy or proxies to attend and vote instead of him.
A proxy need not be a member of the Company.
Proxy forms may not be lodged at Campbell Dallas LLP, Titanium1, King’s Inch Place, Glasgow, G51 4BP prior to the meeting
or submitted at the meeting.
