Notice is hereby given that in a Petition by David Howie craving the Court to order the name of Nuclear C & I Limited, a Company
incorporated under the Companies Acts under registered number SC359787 and having its registered office at 3 Wellington Square,
Ayr KA7 1EN, to be restored to the Register of Companies, the Sheriff of South Strathclyde Dumfries & Galloway at Ayr by Interlocutor
dated 17 January 2012 inter alia ordered any person wishing to object to the crave of the Petition to lodge answers in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Ayr
within 8 days of intimation, service or advertisement.
