Notice is hereby given that on 12 January 2012 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff at Sheriffdom of Glasgow and Strathkelvin
at Glasgow by John Graham Jackson of 2A Beechmount Road, Kirkintilloch, Glasgow, craving the court inter alia that Microclan Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts and having its registered office at 166 Buchanan
Street, Glasgow be restored to the Register of Companies in which Petition the Sheriff at Sheriffdom of Glasgow and Strathkelvin
at Glasgow by Interlocutor dated 12 January 2012 ordained all persons having an interest, if they intend to show cause why
the prayer of the Petition should not be granted, to lodge answers thereto in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Sheriffdom
of Glasgow and Strathkelvin at Glasgow, 1 Carlton Place, Glasgow within eight days after intimation, advertisement or service.
