following resolutions were passed as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution respectively:

That the Company be wound up voluntarily.
Ordinary Resolution
That Ewen Ross Alexander, Chartered Accountant and Licensed Insolvency Practitoner, of Ritson Smith, Chartered Accountants,
16 Carden Place, Aberdeen AB10 1FX, be and are hereby appointed liquidator for the purpose of such winding up.
