THE FIFE COUNCIL (67 KIRK STREET, KINCARDINE)
PUBLIC RIGHT OF WAY ORDER 2011 NO. 2
NOTICE is hereby given that The Fife Council have confirmed without modification the foregoing Order authorising the diversion
of public right of way at 67 Kirk Street, Kincardine.
A copy of the Order, as confirmed, and relevant plans specifying the public right of way to be diverted may be inspected at
Fife Council’s Development Services, Forth House, Abbotshall Road, Kirkcaldy and Fife House, North Street, Glenrothes by any
person, free of charge, between the hours of 8.45 p.m. and 5.00 p.m. Mondays to Fridays during the period of 28 days from
the date of this Notice.
