THE CITY OF EDINBURGH COUNCIL (SCIENNES, SUMMERHALL CRESCENT, EDINBURGH), (REDETERMINATION OF MEANS OF EXERCISE OF PUBLIC
RIGHT OF PASSAGE) ORDER 2012

The Council in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 1 (1), 152 (2) of the Roads (Scotland) Act 1984 made and
confirmed the above-mentioned Order. Copies of the Order as made and confirmed, the Accompanying Plan and a Statement of the
Council’s Reasons for making the Order have been deposited at The City of Edinburgh Council, City Chambers Reception, High
Street, Edinburgh. Those documents are available for inspection free of charge from 20/1/12 until 2/3/12 between the hours
of 09:30 and 15:30 Mondays to Fridays inclusive. The effect of the Order is stated in Notice No.3 in the Edinburgh Gazette
No. 27012 dated 1/11/11 and in the Scotsman of that date
The Order comes into operation on the Fourteenth day of February Two thousand and twelve.
