PROPOSAL TO EXTRACT FURTHER RESERVES OF SAND AND GRAVEL AND TO EXTEND THE LIFE OF THE QUARRY UNTIL 31 DECEMBER 2025 AT BALBLAIR
QUARRY BALBLAIR BEAULY IV4 7BG
The Council has received an application from Aggregate Industries for Proposal to extract further reserves of sand and gravel
and to extend the life of the quarry until 31 December 2025 at Balblair Quarry Balblair Beauly IV4 7BG (12/00039/FUL). The
application is supported by an Environmental Statement.
The application, the accompanying Environmental Statement and plans are available for public inspection between the hours
of 9.00am and 5.00pm Monday to Friday at the following locations –
1. Planning and Development Service, Council Offices, Glenurquhart Road, Inverness
2. Planning and Development Service, Kintail House, Beechwood Business Park Inverness
