NOTICE OF APPLICATION TO BE PUBLISHED IN A LOCAL NEWSPAPER UNDER REGULATION 20(1)
Applications for planning permission listed below together with the plans and other documents submitted with them may be inspected
on line at www.southlanarkshire.gov.uk and can also be viewed electronically at the following locations:-
• Council Offices, South Vennel, Lanark ML11 7JT
• Civic Centre, Andrew Street, East Kilbride G74 1AB
• Brandon Gate, 1 Leechlee Road, Hamilton ML3 0XB
between the hours of 8.45 am and 4.45 pm, Monday to Thursday and 8.45 am and 4.15 pm on Friday (excluding public holidays).
Written comments may be made to the Head of Planning and Building Standards, 1st Floor Montrose House, 154 Montrose Crescent,
Hamilton, ML3 6LB or by email to planning@southlanarkshire.gov.uk.
Please note that any comments which you make to an application cannot generally be treated as confidential. All emails or
letters of objection or support for an application, including your name and address require to be open to public inspection
and will be published on the Council’s website. Sensitive personal information such as signatures, email address and phone
numbers will usually be removed.
