THE FALKIRK COUNCIL (ACCESS OFF GLASGOW ROAD, FALKIRK) (STOPPING-UP) ORDER 2012
Notice is herey given that, on 23 December 2011, Falkirk Council in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 71(2)
of the Roads (Scotland) Act 1984 made and confirmed the above-mentioned order.
Copies of the order, as made and confirmed, and of the accompanying plan have been deposited at Abbotsford House, David’s
Loan, Falkirk and at the One-Stop Shop, Callendar Square, Falkirk, during normal office hours, free of charge, for 28 days
from 12 January 2012 and on line at www.falkirk.gov.uk/trafficorders.
The effect of this order is stated in the public notices of The Falkirk Herald on Thursday 24 November 2011.
This order comes into operation on 12 January 2012.
