Acts (Company Number SC047073) and having its Registered Office at 10 Queensferry Street, Edinburgh EH2 4PG. By interlocutor
of 6 January 2012 the Sheriff ordered intimation, advertisement and service of the petition and ordained any person wishing
to object to the Crave of the petition to lodge Answers in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at the Sheriff Court House, 27 Chambers
Street, Edinburgh, within twenty one days of such publication, service and advertisement.
