THE WEST LOTHIAN COUNCIL (CAR PARK AND VERGE, FERNBANK, LADYWELL, LIVINGSTON) (STOPPING UP) ORDER 2012

Notice is hereby given that on 6 January 2012 the West Lothian Council made an Order under Section 207 of the Town and Country
Planning (Scotland) Act 1997 stopping up the car park and verge described in the Schedule below, being satisfied that it has
become necessary to authorise the stopping up of the said car park and verge in order to enable development to be carried
out in accordance with planning permission granted under Part III of the said 1997 Act.
The title of the Order is The West Lothian Council (Car Park and Verge, Fernbank, Ladywell, Livingston) (Stopping Up) Order
2012. A copy of the Order and related plan showing the car park and verge to be stopped up together with a statement of the
Council’s reasons for making the Order have been deposited at West Lothian Civic Centre, Howden South Road, Livingston. Those
documents are available for inspection, free of charge, from 12 January 2012 until 9 February 2012 during the hours of 9.00
am to 4.30 pm Mondays to Fridays inclusive.

Any person may, within 28 days from 12 January 2012 object to the making of the Order prior to its confirmation by notice
in writing, quoting reference TCP/12/01 to the Chief Solicitor, West Lothian Civic Centre, Howden South Road, Livingston,
West Lothian EH54 6FF. Alternatively, objections may be e-mailed to objections.roads@westlothian.gov.uk. Objections should
state the name and address of the objector, the matter to which they relate and the grounds on which they are made.

Car Park and Verge at Fernbank, Ladywell, Livingston to be Stopped Up
A rectangular area, 20 metres or thereby south-westwards and 17.25 metres or thereby south-eastwards from a point 16 metres
or thereby south-east of the south-eastern kerbline of Ladywell East Road and 40 metres or thereby north-east of the north-eastern
kerbline of Cloverbank measuring in total 345 square metres or thereby.
