SLIF Property Investment LP (partnership number SL008395), having its principal place of business at 1 George Street, Edinburgh
EH2 2LL (the “Partnership”), hereby gives notice that, pursuant to a court order dated 20 December 2011, Standard Life Investment
Funds Limited transferred its entire interest as a limited partner of the Partnership including a capital contribution of
£1.00, to Standard Life Assurance Limited and withdrew as a partner. The Partnership is continued by the partners thereof.
