The estate of Shirley McKenzie, 119 The Henge, Glenrothes, Fife KY7 6XX was sequestrated by the Sheriff at Tayside Central
and Fife at Kirkcaldy on 15 October 2010 and George Dylan Lafferty, Wilson Andrews, 145 St Vincent Street, Glasgow G2 5JF,
has been appointed by the Court to act as Trustee on the sequestrated estate.
Any creditor of the debtor named above is invited to submit their statement of claim in the prescribed form, together with
any supporting accounts or vouchers to the Trustee. For the purposes of formulating claims, creditors should note that the
date of sequestration is 22 September 2010.
