Notice is hereby given that a Petition for Recall of Sequestration has been lodged by Michael Curran, 12 Dundas Street, Townhill,
Dunfermline KY12 0EJ, at Dunfermline Sheriff Court, Carnegie Drive, Dunfermline under reference SQ72/10 in respect of which
Petition the said Michael Curran seeks to recall the award of sequestration of his estate granted at the instance of Fife
Council, Fife House, North Street, Glenrothes, Fife KY7 5LT which sequestration was awarded by the Sheriff of Tayside Central
and Fife at Dunfermline on 1 September 2010. The Sheriff, by virtue of Interlocutor dated 21 September 2010 has appointed
any party interested, if they intend to show cause why the Petition should not be granted, to lodge answers with the Sheriff
Clerk at Dunfermline, 1/6 Carnegie Drive, Dunfermline within fourteen days of the date of this publication and further assigned
a Hearing on 27 October 2010 at 10.00 am within the Sheriff Court House at Dunfermline as a Hearing of the Petition.
