Notice is hereby given that on 21 September 2010, a petition was presented to Kirkcaldy Sheriff Court by Margaret Thomson
as director of Candy Creations U.K. Limited craving the Court inter alia that Candy Creations U.K. Limited having their registered office at Buko Tower, Dalton Road, Glenrothes, Fife KY6 2SS (“the
Company”) be wound up by the Court and that an interim liquidator be appointed; in which petition the Sheriff at Kirkcaldy
by interlocutor dated 23 September 2010 appointed all persons having an interest to lodge answers in the hands of the Sheriff
Clerk at Kirkcaldy within eight days after intimation, advertisement or service, and eo die appointed Matthew Purdon Henderson, of Johnston Carmichael, 7-11 Melville Street, Edinburgh EH3 7PE to be provisional liquidator
of the Company with the powers specified in paragraphs 4 and 5 of Part II of Schedule 4 of the Insolvency Act 1986 (as amended),
of all of which notice is hereby given.
