Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that on 31 August 2010 part of the interest
held by BBOF II Investors Holding Limited in BBOF II Investors LP, a limited partnership registered in Scotland with number
SL5224 (the “Partnership”), was transferred to Stichting BBOF II. Stichting BBOF II became a limited partner of the Partnership
with a capital contribution of €462,906.31.
