August 2010, AXA Private Equity Secondaries Limited in its capacity as general partner of AXA Secondary Fund IV L.P. transferred
to Seine Investment Pte Ltd part of the interest held by it in ASF Sunrise Co-Investment L.P., a limited partnership registered
in Scotland with number SL7956 (“the Partnership”) and Seine Investment Pte Ltd became a limited partner in the Partnership.
