In a Summary Application presented to the Sheriff Court of Grampian, Highlands and Islands at Aberdeen in terms of Section
6 of the above Act at the instance of Her Majesty’s Secretary of State for Business, Innovation and Skills’ in respect of
Peter James Atkinson Campbell on 14 June 2010, the Sheriff ordered the following:
The Sheriff, (1) Grants a Disqualification Order in terms of the Company Directors Disqualification Act 1986, ordering that
Peter James Atkinson Campbell, Collieston, Torphins, Aberdeenshire AB31 4JN shall not, without leave of the court, be a director
of a company, or in any way, whether directly or indirectly, be concerned or take part in the promotion, formation or management
of a company for a period of THREE years beginning 21 days after the date of this order; (2) directs that the making of this
Order be registered by The Secretary of State for Business, Innovation and Skills; (3) appoints initimation of this Order
to be made once in The Edinburgh Gazette.
