APPLICATION UNDER SECTION 126 OF THE INSOLVENCY ACT 1986
Notice is hereby given that MACINTYRE PROPERTIES LIMITED, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts and having their
Registered Office at Kilchrenan Inn, Kilchrenan, by Taynuilt, Argyll, PA35 1HD, has applied to the Court for an order under
section 126 of the Insolvency Act 1986 to restrain and to sist the petition presently before the Court by The Advocate General
for Scotland, for and on behalf of The Commissioners for Her Majesty’s Revenue and Customs, for a winding up order of the
said MacIntyre Properties Limited, and to approve the sale of heritable property at Shore Street Car Park, Oban.
Interested parties who believe that they would be affected by the above application should lodge written representations with
the Court at:
