TREE PRESERVATION ORDER NO. 0004 (2010)
STRATHBURN COTTAGE, MIDDLEMUIR ROAD, INVERURIE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN in terms of the Town and Country Planning (Scotland) Act 1997 as amended that Aberdeenshire Council
have, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by Sections 160 and 163 of the said Act, as amended, made a Tree Preservation
Order in respect of the above location. A copy of the Order and the map attached thereto, together with a statement of the
Council’s reasons for making the same may be inspected during normal office hours at the Planning Reception Area, Gordon House,
Blackhall Road, Inverurie.
Any person wishing to make objections in terms of said Order should do so in writing to the undersigned within 28 days of
the date of publication of this Notice. Such objections or representations should state the reasons for the objection and
the tree or trees to which they particularly relate. If no objections or representations are received within 28 days then
the Order will be deemed as confirmed.
