Recall of sequestration

Notice is hereby given that on 16 August 2010 an application was presented to the Sheriff of Tayside, Central and Fife at
Kirkcaldy by James Donaldson, residing at 27 Harcourt Road, Kirkcaldy KY2 5HG, to recall the award of sequestration by the
Sheriff of Tayside, Central and Fife at Kirkcaldy October 2009; in which application the Sheriff of Tayside, Central and Fife
at Kirkcaldy by interlocutor dated 16 August 2010 inter alia appointed the applicant to publish a Notice in The Edinburgh Gazette in terms of Section 16(3) of the Bankruptcy (Scotland) Act 1985, appointed the applicant to serve a copy thereof and of the
said deliverance on (1) the Accountant in Bankruptcy, 1 Pennyburn Court, Kilwinning, Ayrshire KA13 6SA, (2) Fife Council,
Fife House, North Street, Glenrothes; ordained the said Accountant in Bankruptcy and Fife Council or any person claiming an
interest to lodge Answers thereto with the Sheriff Clerk, Sheriff Courthouse, Whytecauseway, Kirkcaldy, within fourteen days
after service, failing which the application may be considered by the Sheriff in absence; all of which Notice is hereby given.
