NOTICE UNDER REGULATION 13
Notice is hereby given that an Environmental Impact Assessment has been submitted to Aberdeenshire Council by Green Cat Renewables
Ltd on behalf of Mr P Bruce & Mr G Wisely relating to:-
Full Planning Permission for Erection of 2 No. Enercon E48 800 kW Wind Turbines on 55.6 Metre Masts (Total Height 79.6 metres)
and Associated Infrastructure at Gowanfold Farm, Rathen, Fraserburgh
Ref: BB/APP/2010/2609
During the period of 28 days from the date of publication of this notice, a copy of the Environmental Impact Assessment and
the associated planning application can be viewed at the local planning office as given below between the hours of 8.45 am
and 5.00 pm on Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).

Written comments may be made quoting the reference number and stating clearly the grounds for making comment. These should
be addressed to the Director of Planning and Environmental Services and sent to the local planning office as given below.
Please note that any comment made will be available for public inspection and will be published on the Internet.
Comments must be received by 30 September 2010.
