Latin America 3 GP Limited (in its capacity as general partner of Actis Latin America 3 “A” LP) all of the interest held by
him in Actis 3 LatAm Sidepool LP (“the Partnership”), a limited partnership registered in Scotland with number SL8014 and
Paul Owers ceased to be a limited partner and Actis Latin America 3 GP Limited (in its capacity as general partner of Actis
Latin America 3 “A” LP) became a limited partner in the partnership.
