SPORTZ CARD SERVICES LIMITED
WHEREAS Sportz Card Services Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts under Company number 03542023 was dissolved
on 29 June 2010; AND WHEREAS in terms of section 1012 of the Companies Act 2006 all property and rights whatsoever vested
in or held on trust for a dissolved company immediately before its dissolution are deemed to be bona vacantia, AND WHEREAS immediately before its dissolution the said Sportz Card Services Limited was the Tenant under a Lease of Unit
84, Livingston Designer Outlet Centre between the Designer Retail Outlet Centres (Livingston) General Partner Limited and
the said Sportz Card Services Limited (wherein its company number is erroneously narrated as 3502023) dated 30 August 2007
and 4 October 2007 and registered in the Books of Council and Session on 23 December 2009; AND WHEREAS the dissolution of
the said Sportz Card Services Limited came to my notice on 5 August 2010: Now THEREFORE I, CATHERINE PATRICIA DYER, the Queen’s
and Lord Treasurer’s Remembrancer, in pursuance of section 1013 of the Companies Act 2006, do by this Notice disclaim the
Crown’s whole right and title in and to the Tenant’s interest under the said Lease.
