Emerging Markets GP Limited (in its capacity as general partner of Actis Emerging Markets 3 LP) all of the interest held by
him in Actis 3 Asante LP, a limited partnership registered in Scotland with number SL8080, (“the Partnership”) and Paul Owers
ceased to be a limited partner and Actis Emerging Markets GP Limited (in its capacity as general partner of Actis Emerging
Markets 3 LP) became a limited partner in the Partnership.
