A petition has been lodged at Glasgow Sheriff Court for restoration of the above company to the Register of Companies in terms
of Section 653(2) of the Companies Act 1985. On 30 July 2010 the Sheriff issued the following interlocutor:
The sheriff, having considered the foregoing petition, Appoints a copy thereof and of this deliverance to be intimated on
the walls of court and a like copy to be served upon the Registrar of Companies and the Lord Advocate; further Appoints notice
of the import of this petition and this deliverance to be advertised once in The Edinburgh Gazette and The Herald newspapers and appoints any person interested, if they intend to show cause why the petition should not be granted, to lodge
answers thereto with the Sheriff Clerk, Edinburgh within eight days after such intimation, service or advertisement, under
certification.
