LANDMARK HOME FURNISHING LIMITED
Whereas Landmark Home Furnishing Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts under Company number SC052055 was
dissolved on 10 March 2006; and whereas in terms of section 654 of the Companies Act 1985 all property and rights whatsoever
vested in or held on trust for a dissolved company immediately before its dissolution are deemed to be bona vacantia; and whereas immediately before its dissolution the said Landmark Home Furnishing Limited was the Sub-Tenant under a Sub-Lease
between Specialist Computer Holdings plc and the said Landmark Home Furnishing Limited dated 7 August 2000 and 18 September
2000 and registered in the Books of Council and Session on 6 November 2000 of all and whole retail warehouse forming Unit
7 at Hermiston Gait Retail Park, Edinburgh; and whereas the dissolution of the said Landmark Home Furnishing Limited came
to my notice on 19 May 2010:
Now, therefore, I, Catherine Patricia Dyer, the Queen’s and Lord Treasurer’s Remembrancer, in pursuance of section 1013 of
the Companies Act 2006, do by this Notice disclaim the Crown’s whole right and title in and to the Sub-Tenant’s interest under
said Sub-Lease.
