THE A725/A726 TRUNK ROAD (STRATHCLYDE BUSINESS PARK)(PROHIBITION OF SPECIFIED TURNS) ORDER 2010
THE SCOTTISH MINISTERS hereby give notice that they have made the above Order under sections 1(1), 2(1) and 2(2) of the Road
Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
The effect of the Order is as described in the Edinburgh Gazette Issue Number 26680 and The Herald dated 8th September 2009
and in the Bellshill Speaker dated 9th September 2009. The Order comes into force on 23rd August 2010.
A copy of the Order as made and the relevant plan may be inspected free of charge until 21st September 2010 during normal
working hours at the offices of Transport Scotland, Buchanan House, 58 Port Dundas Road, Glasgow G4 0HF; Bellshill Cultural
Centre, John Street, Bellshill ML4 1RJ; and at the Amey Bargeddie Depot, Langmuir Way, Bargeddie G69 7RW.
Any person wishing to question the validity of the Order or any of its provisions on the grounds that it is not within the
powers of the relevant enabling Act or that a requirement of any such enabling Act or of any relevant regulations made thereunder
has not been complied with may, within 6 weeks from the date on which the Order was made, make application for that purpose
to the Court of Session.
