Notice is hereby given that a Petition for restoration of a Company has been presented to the Sheriff of South Strathclyde,
Dumfries and Galloway in respect of Scolin Structural Design Limited, who formerly had their Registered Office at 111 McGregor
Road, Ravenswood, Cumbernauld G67 1UG, in which Petition the Sheriff by Interlocutor dated 2 August 2010, appointed all persons
having an interest to lodge Answers in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Graham Street, Airdrie, within eight days after intimation,
advertisement or service, of all of which notice is hereby given.
