Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that:
1. pursuant to an assignation, HSBC Trust Company (UK) Limited acting as trustee of The Timothy Horlick Trust transferred
to Timothy Piers Horlick all of the interest held by it in Frontiers Capital Founder Partner SLP, a limited partnership registered
in Scotland with number SL4150 (“the Partnership”), and HSBC Trust Company (UK) Limited acting as trustee of The Timothy Horlick
Trust ceased to be a limited partner and Timothy Piers Horlick became a limited partner in the Partnership; and
2. pursuant to an assignation, HSBC Trust Company (UK) Limited acting as trustee of The George MacRitchie Trust transferred
to George MacRitchie all of the interest held by it in the Partnership and HSBC Trust Company (UK) Limited acting as trustee
of The George MacRitchie Trust ceased to be a limited partner and George MacRitchie became a limited partner in the Partnership.
