MORRISON BOWMORE DISTILLERS LTD PENSION FUND
Notice is hereby given that the Morrison Bowmore Distillers Ltd Pension Fund (the Scheme) is being wound up.
The Trustees of the Scheme are anxious to make contact with former members of the Scheme and their beneficiaries who are,
or think they are, entitled to benefits under the Scheme.
Any former employees of Morrison Bowmore Distillers Limited or any associated company who believe that they were members of
the Scheme and who have not received any recent communication or announcement regarding the Scheme, should write to Capita
Hartshead at Erskine House, 68-73 Queen Street, Edinburgh EH2 4NR within 2 months of the date of this notice with their full
name and address, date of birth, national insurance number and details of the period of employment to which their claim relates.
Members of the Scheme and other beneficiaries with whom the Trustee or the scheme administrators are already in contact need
not respond to this notice as their benefits have already been noted.
