Court Reference Number L57/10 in which they seek restoration to the Register of Companies in terms of Section 653 of the Companies
Act 1985 and the Sheriff at Paisley has granted a Deliverance appointing any party interested if they intend to show cause
why the Petition should not be granted to lodge Answers thereto with the Sheriff Clerk, Sheriff Court House, St James Street,
Paisley within 8 days of the date of this intimation.
