MATERIAL MANAGEMENT SERVICES LTD.
Notice is hereby given that on 28 July 2010 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff at Inverness Sheriff Court, by Peter Mason
and Alison Martin for an Order in terms of section 1029 of the Companies Act 2006 to restore Material Management Services
to the Register of Companies. In which Petition Sheriff Abercrombie, by Interlocutor dated 28 July 2010, appointed all persons
having an interest, to lodge answers with the Sheriff Clerk at Inverness Sheriff Court, Inverness, within twenty one days
after such intimation, advertisement or service.
