Notice is hereby given that in a Petition by Bhupinder Singh craving the Court to order the name of CITI Investments UK Limited,
a company incorporated under the Companies Acts under registered number SC303944 and having its registered office at Acorn
House, 49 Hydepark Street, Glasgow G3 8BW, to be restored to the Register of Companies, the Sheriff of Glasgow and Strathkelvin
at Glasgow by Interlocutor dated 29 July 2010 inter alia ordered any person wishing to object to the crave of the application to lodge Answers in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at
Glasgow within eight days of service and advertisement.
