Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that Norman John Harrison, residing at
Inglewood, Penrith, Cumbria CA11 8RZ, has agreed to transfer part of his interest, together with all associated rights, duties
and obligations arising therefrom (the “Transferred Interest”) in The Inglewood Scottish Limited Partnership to Bridget Sarah
Harrison, residing at Inglewood, Penrith, Cumbria CA11 8RZ, with effect from 31 December 2009 (the “Effective Date”) and that
with effect from the Effective Date, Bridget Sarah Harrison assumed the rights and obligations in respect of the Transferred
Interest.
