Clarion Mechanical Handling Plc, James Ferguson Bisset and Scottish Pension Trustees Limited dated 25 March and 24 April 1991
and Deed of Appointment and Removal among Balfron Group Limited (formerly Clarion Mechanical Handling plc), Benrache Limited
and Westerby Trustee Services Limited dated 16 February 2004 seeking restoration to the Register of Companies of Balfron Group
Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts (Company Number SC060611) and having its Registered Office at Dalmore
House 310 St Vincent Street, Glasgow, Lanarkshire G2 5QR, in terms of Section 653 of the Companies Act 1985, in which Petition
the Lord Ordinary by interlocutor dated 4 June 2009, allowed any parties claiming an interest to lodge answers thereto, if
so advised, with the Office of Court at the Court of Session, 2 Parliament Square, Edinburgh within twenty one days of this
advertisement.
